We recently noticed that one of our neighbours had installed a fantastic fence at his home. Later we found out that that this same neighbour had started a landscaping and swimming pool service business. So we asked if he could build a fence for us.
The result was fantastic! A tall cedar fence beautifully designed and properly installed – 4×6 posts set deep, with extra support at the gates, and made to shed water from around the base of the posts rather than leaving the water to stand and rot the wood. Our new fence gives us a wonderful sense of pride and security. We often get compliments from passersby. Our other neighbours, seeing the results, had Evan build fences for their yards this past summer as well.

After being referred to Precision Yardworks, my wife and I were very impressed by the speed, price-point and quality of their work. We had them excavate clay, rough grade our lot, install a fence line, supply and spread clean fill. They also offered their equipment to spread mulch, much faster than by hand or wheelbarrow! The crew understood our project scope quickly and integrated well with our sprinkler and irrigation contractor. They had the proper equipment and labour on site, and on schedule.
Following our landscaping project, I worked with the owner (Evan) to develop this website. This opportunity showcased his creativity, attention to detail and professionalism. It was a pleasant experience for both parties.

Between May 3, 2017 (when an estimate for one section of backyard fence was received) to when the project completion by May 15, 2017 we communicated via 34 emails. These communications involved the removal of the existing fence, choice of new boards -providing samples to us and neighbors so we could make a choice, bringing two additional neighbours on board to split costs for their sections (including meeting with them), conversations over repositioning a section that was too high, post hole complications due to heavy rain, powerline avoidance, and providing topsoil backfill upon the demand by one neighbor.
In every instance, Evan Rezansoff (representing Precision Yardworks Ltd.) responded rapidly, solved numerous problems and
completed the job of removing the old fence and then reinstalling 234 feet of 6’ fence in record time and at a reasonable cost. In the nine months since installation there have been no issues needing attention and I expect the new fence will last for very many years.I highly recommend Evan as a problem solver, who will take charge when his crew runs into a problem. He is highly organized and very professional in his dealings with customers.
