Above Ground Pool Installation

The following explains what to expect when hiring Precision Yardworks Ltd. to install an above ground pool.

Call or email Precision Yardworks Ltd. to book an in-person consultation. One of our trained employees will come assess pool size, placement and installation details then provide an estimate via email. Please note that consultations outside of Saskatoon, Martensville or Warman will be conducted remotely.
A $500.00 deposit is required to book your installation. This deposit will be credited against the final invoice and can be paid via credit card through our online service.

Once a pool location has been selected the underground utilities in the proposed work area will be located by the Saskatchewan call before you dig service.
You will be directed to file a building permit through the City of Saskatoon online application portal. If the installation is to be completed outside of Saskatoon it is the customers responsibility research and file all necessary permits for an above ground pool installation.

At this time, we will be on site to begin the installation process.
A 50% deposit of the total job cost is required upon arrival at the work site. This can be processed as a cheque or etransfer to Precision Yardworks Ltd.
We use earthmoving and compaction equipment to remove the existing soil and place and compact base gravel to the required dimensions.
This process typically takes one day. However, equipment access limitations can extend the timeline.

This is a 2 to 3 day procedure where we erect the pool structure, install the liner and connect the pump, filter and heater. Please note that water to fill the pool is not included in our service. Within most cities we recommend using your houses garden hose connection to fill the pool. If rural pool installations require water to be hauled it is the customers responsibility to coordinate with a local water supply company.

Upon completion of the pool installation one of our employees will describe the operation and servicing of the pool and mechanical equipment.
A final invoice will be provided and payment of the remaining balance can be in the form of a cheque or etransfer to Precision Yardworks Ltd.
